A pesar que Jhon (Shiloh Jolie-Pitt) mostró un comportamiento trans en su niñez, hoy en su adolescencia luce como una mujer cis. Aunque tampoco es confirmado que se asuma como mujer cis, voy a referirme a su expresión de género.

Es importante reconocer que no todos los casos de posible niñez trans, lo sean. Datos como el del Centro especializado de transexualidad en Barcelona, hoy Centro LGBTI, lo confirman.

Lejos del propio caso y la apertura no tradicional de los padres de Shiloh, esto demuestra también cómo la sexualidad, expresión e identidad de género pueden ser cambiantes a lo largo de la vida.

Por otra parte, e indistintamente que Jhon/Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, continúe o no un tratamiento hormonal (esto tampoco se confirmó a pesar de su aspecto masculino), es fundamental que durante estos procesos «sobre todo si no existe certeza», no se hagan cambios permanentes que podrían perjudicar el asumir una identidad cis-género; que, en la transición la TRH e intervenciones quirúrgicas podrían complicar.

He ahí la importancia de diferenciar muy bien la categoría primaria de sexo, género, identidad de género y expresión de género; categorías, que suelen confundirse indiscriminadamente.

Aunque para algunas personas, reconocer la categoría sexo resulta contradictorio, para mí y en estos casos no lo es. Es una discusión que puede incluso tornarse airada, cuando se adquieren posturas radicales de las que me alejo. Me gusta racionalizar y reconocer algunas pasiones activistas.

Aclaro, «sobre todo para los rebuscadores en mis palabras», que no estoy afirmando que existe conversión, retorno o no reconocimiento de la identidad o expresión de género, sino más bien, que debe existir un ambiente altamente comprensible, no acusatorio ni estereotipado en sí fuese o no, casos de niñez (Infancias) y adolescencia trans. Me permito precisarlo, sobre todo para aquellos que no tienen o han tenido capacidad lectora.

Finalmente, posturas nada rígidas ni para lo cis y debo decir también, ni para lo trans, resultan favorables en situaciones como la presente. Como para reflexionar.

NOTA: Siempre fui atacada y acosada públicamente (Con comentarios verbales/virtuales, videos e incluso con carteles durante dos orgullos, en Guayaquil por una mujer trans y en Quito por una pareja queer) por mi aspecto, roles y comportamiento «a veces» poco femenino y no ajustado a los estándares de género (lo que hoy llaman queer y/o género fluido). Even though Jhon (Shiloh Jolie-Pitt) displayed trans behavior in her childhood, today in her teens she looks like a cis woman. Although it is not confirmed that she is assumed to be a cis woman, I will refer to her gender expression.
